Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atis (the “Service” — the Atis Discord bot, the dashboard at atisbot.com, and related APIs), operated by Tellter SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée (RCS Paris 899 727 606), registered office 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France (“we”, “us”). By adding Atis to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13, or higher where required by local law) and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add or configure Atis on behalf of a server, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The Service

Atis provides a Discord ticket platform and uses AI to answer support questions from a knowledge base that a server’s staff provide, escalating to staff when a human decision is needed. Features, editions, and limits may change over time. The Service is currently offered on an evolving basis and may include beta functionality.

3. Server administrator responsibilities

• You are responsible for the knowledge base, configuration, and any content you provide, and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
• You are responsible for informing your server’s members that an automated assistant operates in support tickets and processes their messages, and for your own compliance obligations (including privacy law) toward your members. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
• You remain responsible for the support outcomes in your server; Atis is a tool that assists your team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes;
• upload or solicit content that is illegal or violates third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to extract the underlying models or prompts.

5. AI-generated content

Replies generated by Atis are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. While Atis is designed to answer only from your knowledge base and to escalate when unsure, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any response. You and your staff are responsible for reviewing AI output where appropriate.

6. Editions & billing

The Free edition is included at no charge. Paid editions (Atis Star and Atis Universe) use more capable models and are billed based on usage via Stripe, plus applicable taxes. Pricing and edition details may change with notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can stop incurring usage charges by switching back to the Free edition or removing the bot.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it without an uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Your knowledge base and content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service. The Atis software, branding, and website are owned by Tellter SAS and may not be copied or used except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellter SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or EUR 100.

10. Indemnity

If you add or operate Atis on a server, you agree to indemnify and hold Tellter SAS harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, the relevant data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. The courts of France shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
